Enterprise Challenge Weekend 2014 / by Ryan Watson

In June we were invited to attend Enterprise Challenge 2014, a team building and leadership development weekend for young professionals from across Scotland. The weekend saw 30  young entrepreneurs collaborating through a series of physical and mental activities whilst forming business connections and contacts.

The weekend certainly pushed us outside of our comfort zones, as well as our perceived limitations - aspects that should be tested for any young entrepreneur. Crucially the weekend was a stimulating and thought provoking 'boost' - which highlighted to us that to 'fail' at a task does not necessarily mean complete 'failure' of an idea. The weekend taught us the value of tackling situations with confidence, commitment and perseverance.
